The DVBE Participation Program applies, and a five percent (5% ) goal is required for this IFB. As required by Government Code 14838, the California Military Department (CMD) is committed to meeting the State's 25 percent (25%) Small Business (SB) participation goal . The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and services for an all-inclusive interior and exterior renovation of Barracks Building 4207, with Building 4208 as a bid alternate. The final delivery must be a fully functional , modernized facility that flawlessly integrates all new systems. The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, bonds, licenses, insurance, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees for an all- inclusive interior and exterior renovation of Barracks Building 4207 , with Building 4208 as a bid alternate .
