Site work and environmental remediation for a development in Cincinnati, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a development; and for environmental remediation for a development.
Remediation and stabilization of landslide areas at the designated Phase 1 site. This Project shall consist of installation of structural piers and plug piers along a portion of Indian Hill Road (between Indian Ridge Road and Fieldstone Drive), Indian Hill, Ohio. The Project shall also include restoration and other related miscellaneous work as broken down into the various bid items and quantities as shown in these Specifications and Contract Documents. This Project Will Require the Closing of a section of Indian Hill Road to thru traffic. Detour Routes and signs shall be in accordance with Section 5 - Technical Specifications (3) Supplemental Specifications. Bonds: 10% Bid Bond, 100% Performance Bond.
