Site work and renovation of a laboratory facility in Chicoutimi, Quebec. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility; and for site work for a laboratory facility.
Dismantle and store sunshade system on East side, replace insulated glass and spandrel panels on East and North facades, ensure watertightness and improve thermal insulation of curtain wall. The work subject to this contract includes the following: The repair of the east curtain wall and a part of the north curtain wall; The removal and reinstallation of the sun shade system; The management and maintenance of the work site; The full repair of the watertightness of the sealed units (redo exterior and interior watertightness) and spandrel panels; The replacement of the pressure bands and caps; Replacement of the shims; Replacement of the sealed units set out in the project and spandrel panels; Replace the seal of the exterior pressure plates; Replace the screws with stainless steel screws; Apply an interior joint sealant; Clean interior and exterior mullions; The full repair of opening units (cleaning and replacement of watertightness elements).
