Site work and new construction of a medical facility in Smiths Falls, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 166,400-square-foot, four-story above grade, 256-bed medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
Omni Quality Living (Smiths Falls) Limited Partnership is accepting Expressions of Interest to pre-qualify Construction Managers for pre-construction and construction services for a proposed Healthcare Facility in Smiths Falls, Ontario. The project consists of a four-storey residential wing and a one-storey common area and facility support wing, +/- 166,400 sf Long-Term Care Home of 256 beds. Anticipated Construction Budget: +/- $70 Million Anticipated Date for CM Selection: Fall 2026 Anticipated Tender of Work: Spring 2027 Completion date: Fall 2029 Construction Managers will be evaluated according to their relevant experience, capacity, proximity to the area of work, and quality of services based on evaluating submissions and contact references provided. The owners intend to create a short-list of a maximum of 5 pre-qualified proponents who will be invited to provide a response to an upcoming RFP.
