Complete tear-off and removal of 30,000 sq ft existing built-up roofing and insulation, installation of new roofing system, roof walkways, guardrails, access ladders, metal coping, flashing, edge metal, and waterproofing. Includes disconnection/reinstatement of rooftop MEP equipment and bird control spikes. Question Deadline 07/21/2026 at 5:30 PM PT ESTIMATED COST: $ 1,520,000 - $ 1,600,000. Bid documents, specifications and drawings will be available on the NGEM System or a thumb drive (drive) can be picked up at the Clark County Government Center, 500 South Grand Central Parkway, Purchasing And Contracts Division, 4th Floor, Las Vegas, Nevada 89106 on TUESDAY, JULY 14, 2026. The drive will be provided at no charge. If the drive is to be mailed, there is an additional non-refundable charge of $5.00. All checks are to be made payable to Clark County Department of Finance, Purchasing and Contracts Division.
