The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to secure a qualified Contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidental items necessary to complete the removal of all current plants with the exception of two Pecan Trees as indicated in the drawing provided, installation of trees , shrubs, ground cover, landscape beds, staking, irrigation systems, and all related work. The Contractor shall also provide all associated maintenance services and warrant all installed work for a period of two (2) years following final acceptance
