*** Please download the full Statement of Work located under the documents tab*** LOC 800 Tyler Riverside Statement of Work Access Control, Video Intercom, and Entry Management System Project Address: 4103 Tyler St, Riverside, CA 92503 1. Project Overview: This project consists of the design, furnishing, installation, programming, testing, commissioning, and training associated with an integrated electronic access control and visitor entry management system at the MAOF Early Learning Center located at 4103 Tyler St., Riverside, CA 92503. The scope includes installation and integration of access control at the following locations: One (1) existing motorized vehicular entrance gate facing Tyler Street One (1) existing motorized vehicular exit gate facing Bonita Avenue One (1) pedestrian entry gate facing Tyler Street One (1) main building entrance door One (1) video intercom, camera, and remote door release system at the main building entrance The intent of this project is to improve security, provide controlled facility access, enhance safety for children, families, staff, and visitors, and establish a professionally managed credential-based access control system. MAOF currently utilizes HID Proximity credentials and the Avigilon Access Control Platform at other facilities. The proposed system shall be compatible with existing MAOF-issued HID credentials and should integrate seamlessly into MAOF's current Avigilon access control environment whenever feasible. Because MAOF already utilizes HID credentialing and Avigilon access control management, a badge-based access control solution is strongly preferred over a keypad-only solution. Keypad access may be proposed as a supplemental feature, but access credentials shall remain the primary method of controlled entry. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, software, programming, wiring, network connectivity, supervision, permitting, coordination, training, testing, commissioning, and incidentals necessary to provide a complete and fully operational access control system. Site visits are highly recommended and may be coordinated using the contact information provided in Section 21.
