Estimated Magnitude of Construction for this project is between $ 250,000- $500,000. This project is for the replacement of the boiler at Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) B150 ARNG. The contractor must be within a commutable driving distance to the DSCR facility and have a publicly visible office on SAM.gov within a 120-mile radius. The contractor shall list the address from which mobilization occurs in their proposal. Proposals must be complete; partial proposals will not be accepted. Selection will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror that meets all requirements in the Statement of Work, with past performance being part of technical acceptability. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award. The period of performance is 270 days from the Notice to Proceed. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $250,000-$500,000. If the contractor fails to complete the work within the specified time, liquidated damages of $500 per calendar day of delay will be assessed. The offeror must submit all relevant information needed to assess technical acceptability with emphasis on Sections 3, 4, and 7 of the Statement of Work.
