Description

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Lower Southampton Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for paving for a road / highway; and for site work for a road / highway.

Full-width mill and overlay of various Township roadways, pavement repair, leveling/scratch course, asphalt curb replacement, and pavement markings. Bonds: 10% Bid Bond, Certified Check required. Question Deadline 07/29/2026 at 4:00 PM ET Questions received less than five working days prior to the date for opening of the bids will not be answered. Project Description: The Base Contract will generally include the full-width mill and overlay of nine Township roadways (16,450 SY/1,535 TON ). The Contract will also include 600 SY of pavement repair, 405 TON leveling/scratch course, the replacement of 310 LF of asphalt curb and the replacement of all pavement markings. LOCATION OF WORK: The Base Contract will include work along the following roadways (or portions): Arrowhead Drive, North Center Road, Hazel Avenue, Hilton Avenue, Woodside Avenue, Crescent Avenue, Hilltop Road, Skyline Drive, 5th Street and Bustleton Pike. Alternate/Add-On No. 1 will include work along 2nd Street and Summit Avenue. Alternate/Add-On No. 2 will include work along Village Drive and Stream Ridge Lane.
