The Pompano Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (referenced throughout the document as either "City" or "CRA" interchangeably) will receive sealed bids for Invitation to Bid (ITB) ITB26-042 Construction of Right-Of-Way Between NW 6th Avenue and NW 7th Avenue The Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: A. Clearing and grubbing of the project site B. Earthwork, grading, and compaction C. Construction of sixteen (16) paved parking spaces, including one (1) ADA-compliant space D. Installation of sidewalks and pedestrian access improvements E. Construction of curb and gutter F. Pavement installation, including base and surface courses G. Pavement markings, signage, and striping H. Installation of Landscaping I. Installation of Lighting J. Maintenance of traffic (MOT), as required K. All appurtenant and incidental work necessary to provide a complete and functional project as per the Plans Question Deadline 07/28/2026 at 5:00 PM ET All questions regarding this ITB will be submitted electronically.
