Description

Site work and renovation of a medical facility in Longview, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.

The contractor shall furnish and install all materials necessary to complete the following work. A. Flooring Remove and dispose of existing flooring and install new flooring throughout the following areas Bathroom Clinic Hallways MA Front Workstation MA Rear Workstation Storage Closet Exam Rooms 126-134 Contractor shall include: Floor preparation Moisture mitigation (if required) Transition strips Base repair/reinstallation as required Final cleaning Question Deadline 07/20/2026 at 3:00 PM PT Questions about the RFP must be submitted via e-mail or in writing to the single point of contact on or before No additional project questions will be addressed after this date. Flooring replacement, interior painting, LED lighting installation, cabinetry replacement, and plumbing sink replacements in specific clinic areas. Site Visit: July 14, 2026, at 9 a.m. PDT
