The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, machinery, apparatus and tools, and perform all operations necessary to install , equip and put into satisfactory operation, the work specified herein and shown on the Drawings. All work shall be done in accordance with applicable portions of the Specifications. Any labor, materials, equipment, or apparatus not specifically mentioned herein or shown on the Drawings, which may be necessary for the proper completion of the entire work or of the individual items thereof, within the intent of these Specifications and Drawings, shall be furnished by the Contractor without additional compensation. All work described in these Specifications and as shown on the Drawings shall be conducted in a manner to avoid any and all interruption of current operations at surrounding sites. It is the intent to prescribe a complete project which the Contractor undertakes to do, in full compliance with the Drawings, Specifications, Proposal and the Contract, including the furnishing of all supervision, technical personnel , labor, materials, machinery, tools, appurtenances, equipment, transportation, utility services, and all other means required to construct and complete construction. Full depth base repair and installation or replacement of rip rap lined ditch line along sections of Pogue Road. Bonds: 10% Bid Bond, Certified Check required, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond, 100% Maintenance Bond.
