Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Westbury, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work includes labor, materials, tools, and equipment. and incidentals as specified for the rehabilitation of County owned lateral sewers. The sewer rehabilitation scope of work includes, but is not limited to, cleaning and CCTV inspection of existing sanitary sewers, Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) lining, point repairs and full-length pipe replacement (as required), manhole rehabilitation and coating, root removal and obstruction cleaning, flow bypass and control operations, and surface restoration and site reinstatement. All work shall be completed in accordance with the Contract Documents and applicable regulatory requirements. Work will be performed within the Lawrence and Inwood sewer service areas at locations identified in the Contract Drawings and Bid Schedule. Bonds: Bid Bond required (unspecified amount). All questions regarding this contract shall be submitted via email prior to 3:00 PM on Friday, July 31, 2026, to Kevin Chandler at kchandler@nassaucountyny.gov. 2% SDVOB participation
