Site work and renovation of an educational facility in Portland, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

Integrated seismic and energy upgrades of the existing Prescott Elementary School building. The Prescott Elementary School Integrated Seismic and Energy Upgrades includes rehabilitation of the existing lateral system components to meet the "Immediate Occupancy" performance requirements outlined in ASCE 41-23, along with energy efficiency improvements. This work will be accomplished by modifying or supplementing the existing structural system and strengthening the lateral load path to the building foundation. In addition, the project includes building envelope upgrades, consisting of wall framing, insulation and storefront systems to improve overall energy performance. In addition to the required seismic improvements, this project includes significant building envelope and energy efficiency upgrades funded by the Portland Clean Energy Community Benefits Fund (PCEF). These improvements are intended to enhance building performance, reduce energy consumption, improve occupant comfort, and support long-term decarbonization goals. The CM/GC shall plan and execute the work recognizing that seismic and energy-related scope elements are fully integrated and must be coordinated accordingly throughout preconstruction and construction phases. Attached please find the project RFP, a set of drawings that shall act as a representative sample of the work to be completed, and a sample contract that is subject to change prior to signing by the winning Proposer. The Owner will serve as the contracting agency for the project.
