Installation of HVAC system including labor, materials, equipment, tools, and utility services at City Yard. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, bonds, insurances and coordination to provide a complete installation, testing for two (2) fully functional four (4) ton HVAC systems in the City Yard. The work shall include but is not limited to the following: disposal of all existing HVAC system components per local, state and federal (EPA) requirements. Installation of two (2) new HVAC split systems. The systems shall be rated at four (4) tons with all associated indoor air handlers, filter media, outdoor condensing units, thermostats and required components. All existing duct work shall be replaced with new air tight R-8 rated rigid and flexible ductwork elements, grilles and diffusers. Electrical services and disconnections, all refrigerant, condensate drain, drain pans and drain line secondary overflow protection, as required to complete the installation. All supplementary components such as condenser pads, seismic anchors, hangers and all necessary supports shall be included to meet all local, state and federal regulations and codes for a complete functional system. The systems shall receive complete start up, testing and units shall be balanced for the type of installation environment equipment is being installed. Warranties shall be provided as follows: all applicable manufacturer warranties with a minimum ten (10) year labor warranty for the entire installation. All work shall be performed in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations and instructions. The Contractor shall clean the work area daily and at the completion of the installation.
