*** Please download the full Statement of Work located in RFP under the documents tab*** STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) Custodial Cleaning Services, RFP No. 26-019 Mexican American Opportunity Foundation (MAOF) Custodial Cleaning Services Contract Term: Three (3) Years Project Overview This contract consists of providing professional custodial and janitorial cleaning services for three (3) MAOF office facilities. Services shall be performed during non-business hours based on each site's approved cleaning schedule. The scope includes daily, weekly, monthly, and as-needed cleaning tasks necessary to maintain clean, sanitary, safe, and professional office environments for MAOF staff, clients, families, visitors, and program participants. The intent of this contract is to ensure all assigned MAOF facilities are consistently maintained in a clean, orderly, sanitary, and safe condition, with particular attention to restrooms, kitchens, lunch areas, office areas, lobbies, conference rooms, shared spaces, high-touch surfaces, floors, trash disposal, and supply restocking. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, management, transportation, cleaning equipment, and coordination required to perform the work described herein. MAOF will provide standard cleaning supplies and consumable restroom/kitchen supplies unless otherwise agreed in writing. Contractor shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local labor, safety, and workplace requirements, including California janitorial contractor requirements where applicable. California requires janitorial service providers to register with the Labor Commissioner and provide required sexual violence and harassment prevention training every two years.
