The City of Bakersfield is requesting bids from experienced and reputable contractors for providing an Annual Contract for Oil Transport and Spreading Services on an on-call, as-needed basis. Invitation to Bid shall be for a one (1) year period. Contract shall be renewable annually thereafter for four (4) consecutive one-year periods at the City’s option and upon mutually agreeable terms. One (1) original bid signed by an official authorized to bind contractor and one (1) copy of the signed bid, are to be submitted to the Purchasing Division, Attention: Olimpia Frederick, Purchasing Officer, 1600 Truxtun Avenue, Second Floor, Bakersfield, CA 93301, on or before 11:00 a.m., July 28, 2026.
