Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Kearney, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and incidentals required for construction of 752 C.Y. of excavation, 40 C.Y. of Rip-Rap, 41 C.Y. of River Rock Surfacing, and work incidental thereto for KEARNEY WHITEWATER CHERRY AVENUE LANDING, as per drawings and specifications. The work included in this section shall consist of furnishing all materials and equipment and performing all labor and services necessary to prepare the site and construct the facilities specified herein and shown on the plans. The work shall include clearing and grubbing of any or all types of materials, removal and stockpiling of topsoil , site grading, construction of embankments, trenching, dewatering, sheeting, shoring, bracing, and the backfilling and tamping of trenches and foundations . The Contractor shall perform all excavation to the depth shown of the plans or specified herein for all underground structures, including manholes, piers, and all other pipeline appurtenances show on the plans. Question Deadline 07/24/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be directed to Engineer. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered Award is subject to final approval.
