Site work for a military facility in Texarkana, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a military facility.
Modification and supply of 36 inert empty Launch Pod Containers (LPC), Part Number 13027900, NSN 1340-01-122-3506. The requirement includes converting 24 LPCs into tactical load pods (SKU 0768) and 12 LPCs into proof load pods (SKU 0767) in accordance with the applicable drawings and modification requirements. Work includes completion of M-26 Proof Load modifications, M-26 Tactical Weight Load Pod modifications, and weighted concrete reinforcement modifications as specified in drawings SKU 0767, SKU 0768, and SKU 0766. The contractor must be capable of receiving core assets delivered by RRAD, removing the pods from trailers, performing the required modifications, and loading the completed assets onto RRAD trailers for return. Government quality personnel will inspect the completed MLRS pods at the contractor's facility prior to acceptance. All pod modifications must be completed within 45 days after receipt of the cores from RRAD. Delivery is FOB Destination, with a delivery schedule of six months after date of order. Red River Army Depot Directorate for Maintenance has a requirement for MLRS Proof Load Pods 24 ea Tactical load pods, 12 ea Proof load pods.
