Renovation of an educational facility in Menomonie, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
In general, the work consists of: the relocation of existing shop equipment from the Vocational Rehabilitation Building to the Applied Arts Building, Rooms 130 and 132. As a result, reconfiguration of ductwork and electrical systems is required to accommodate the relocation of equipment within these spaces. Architectural scope includes painting existing walls and ceilings as well as polishing existing concrete flooring. A pair of new doors is being added while hardware is being replaced on existing doors Bid Guarantee in the amount of 10% of the Bid must accompany each bid submitted.
