The Work consists of the replacement of the existing conventional 32-zone fire alarm control panel at 204 Sisson Road (the 204 Cultural Arts Municipal Building), Harwich, MA 02645, with a new addressable fire alarm control panel system, in accordance with the Construction Documents prepared by Creative Environment Corp. (Project No. 20260581 , dated May 26, 2026, Sheets E0.0, FA1.0, E5.0, FA5.0, E8.0, E8.1 ). The principal scope of work includes, but is not limited to Remove existing conventional fire alarm control panel and rework existing panel enclosure to serve as a fire alarm terminal box (cabinet) Furnish and install new Fire-Lite ES-1000X addressable fire alarm control panel, recessed, adjacent to existing reworked terminal cabinet Furnish and install Fire-Lite BB-6F monitor module cabinet with six (6) addressable Honeywell CFM-300-6(A) six-circuit supervised control modules mounted on Fire-Lite CH-6 chassis to interface rewired terminal cabinet with new FACP Intercept and extend all existing zone wiring from existing panel to new monitor module cabinet Furnish and install new Fire Alarm As-Built Cabinet (Space Age Electronics DBX Size A or equal) Furnish and install new keybox and beacon at building exterior; coordinate location with Owner and local Fire Department Furnish and install new Municipal Master Box and associated antenna/roof connection; coordinate with local AHJ Extend existing 120V, 20A branch circuit from existing FACP location to new FACP Provide fire alarm as-built drawings, record of completion, and point list; place in as-built cabinet per NFPA 72 Patch, repair, and repaint gypsum wallboard disturbed during equipment installation; match existing color and finish Update all existing panelboard directories to reflect circuits made spare by demolition Coordinate all work, switchovers, and inspections with Owner and Harwich Fire Department; provide fire watch as required For the 204 Sisson Road Fire Alarm Control Panel Replacement Contractor Qualification Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
