Closing Time: 2:30 PM NT New sidewalk construction on existing City streets and intersection signalization, including sidewalk placement, curb and gutter patching, manhole adjustments, new catch basins, new sewer pipe, driveway reinstatement, sodding reinstatement, and pole bases. Question Deadline 07/23/2026 at 4:00 PM NT All questions or comments submitted by bidders to the bidding system question and answer function shall be deemed to be received once the email has entered into the bidding system Bennett Avenue: Installation of approximately 40 metres of new sidewalk at the intersection of Bennett Avenue & Beaumont Street. Work includes removal and replacement of some existing curb, gutter and sidewalk. - Water Street (#2-#12): Installation of approximately 55 metres of sidewalk on the Nouth side of Water Street at civic #2 - #12. Work includes removal and replacement of some existing curb & gutter. Southlands Boulevard @ Great Southern Drive: Installation of underground traffic infrastructure and sidewalk as per attached drawing in Annex C. Anchor bolts will be provided by the City for the pole bases.
