Questions may be submitted through 07/30/2026 to DHayes@mged.com Owner shall supply and furnish the following equipment: o Electric Trim Heater Page: 7 of 9 Document No.: ENG-DOC-003 Revision: D Date:7/08/26 o Electric Trim Heater Control Panel Emergency Generator Automatic Transfer Switch 2.1.2 Contractor shall be responsible for verifying that delivered equipment complies with the material specifications provided and is in the appropriate quantities. 2.1.3 All materials purchased by MGED will be delivered and stored at 2 Vine St, Middleborough, MA 02346. Contractor is responsible for transporting materials from this location to their fabrication site and ultimately to the project site for final installation. 2.1.4 Contractor shall furnish the mechanical bill of materials defined in the project drawing set including pipe, valves, fittings, bolts, nuts and gaskets, and pipe supports. 2.1.5 Contractor shall be responsible for providing concrete, structural steel , consumables, and all other materials required to inspect, pressure test, and tie-in the newly fabricated assemblies including but not limited to; pressure testing blinds, small valves for testing, sufficient gaskets for assembly and disassembly, hoses, testing equipment, welding rod and supplies, paint, blasting media, mil gauges, tapping equipment, consumables, PPE, concrete, reinforcement, any fuel required and all other construction-related material. 2.1.6 Contractor shall furnish all electrical commodities required for a complete and operable installation, including but not limited to electrical panels, circuit breakers, conduit, fittings, seals, cable, conductors, terminations, supports, and associated hardware, unless otherwise specifically noted as Owner-supplied.
