Renovation of an educational facility in Denton, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 11,385-square-foot educational facility.

Work comprises of the construction of Jones Hall Phase III for Texas Woman's University, Denton, Texas, as shown on the drawings and described in the specifications. The work will be done under one lump sum contract. The work is the third of 3 (three) phases that will complete the total renovation of the building. The project includes, but is not limited to, complete architectural and MEP interior renovations to the first level east wing of Jones Hall to accommodate the new administration suite for the Department of Dental Hygiene with a related common student lounge and lobby. The project also includes complete architectural and MEP renovations on the second level west wing to accommodate a new administration and testing suite for Disability Student Services (DSS). Work in the basement area is included as well as miscellaneous interior and exterior alternation throughout the building to accommodate the new Phase III work.
