Preserve and modernize the historic library facility while addressing critical infrastructure deficiencies that impact building performance, occupant comfort, and long-term operations. This Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") is issued by the New York City ("City") Department of Design and Construction ("DDC") and seeks Statements of Qualifications ("SOQs") from a highly qualified Construction Manager ("CM") to provide Construction Management-Build ("CM -Build") services for the Projects described in Exhibit C (Project Information and Requirements). DDC will select the most qualified Proposers to participate in a subsequent Request for Proposals ("RFP").
