Demolition, site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Brandon, South Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for the construction of a water / sewer project.

This project consists of the reconstruction of the Bethany Lift Station. The work includes replacement of the lift station pumps at the Bethany Lift Station, along with station piping, controls, standby generation, bypass pumping, valve removal, installation of an air release valve and structure, and related electrical work. Resident South Dakota contractors who intend, in good faith, to bid upon this project may obtain a paper set of these documents free of charge. All proposals shall be made on forms provided by the Engineer. Construction Services in South Dakota are subject to tax under SDCL 10-46A. Contractors shall include the applicable tax in their bid price for each item of work . Tax questions should be directed to the South Dakota Department of Revenue at 800-829-9188. Each bid must be accompanied by bid security payable to the Owner for five (5%) percent of the total amount of the Bid as a certified or bank check issued by a State or National bank or ten percent (10%) as a bidder's bond . The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to accept any bid . Contractor's Proposals shall hold firm for thirty ( 30) days from the date of opening.
