Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Greenville, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Installation of a bypass sanitary sewer, including clearing, installation of 15-inch and 18-inch diameter piping, stream crossing protection, 6 sanitary sewer manholes, connection to an existing manhole, and site restoration. The Project is to install a bypass sanitary sewer in City-owned vacant property including former railroad grade. The work includes approximately 1 acre of clearing; 141 feet of 15-inch diameter pipe crossing a stream bed and items associated with its protection; 1170 feet of 18-inch diameter pipe 15-20 feet deep; 6 sanitary sewer manholes; 1 connection to an existing manhole; and some restoration items.
