Site work for a water / sewer project in Clarence, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work consists of the installation of 4500 tons of riprap on the inside of the lagoon berms as shown in the Plans. OWNERS CONTRACT NO: 19-1095.01 Question Deadline 07/31/2026 Technical questions regarding interpretations of the bidding documents shall be directed to Dennie Carothers at 660-699-2270 , or denniec@clarencemo.gov. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to OWNER in writing Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of City of Clarence, Missouri, negotiable U.S. Government bonds (at par value) or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total Bid shall be submitted with each Bid. The CITY OF CLARENCE reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or to waive any informality in the bidding. Bids may be held by CITY OF CLARENCE for a period not to exceed 45 days from the date of the opening of Bids for the purpose of reviewing the Bids and investigating the qualifications of Bidders, prior to awarding of the Contract.
