Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Eagle Pass, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 11,080-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The project generally consists of the construction of the City's new Public Works Complex located at 1100 Eidson Road, Eagle Pass, Texas 78852, including all associated site work, utilities, civil improvements , architectural , structural , mechanical , electrical , plumbing, and other work required for a complete and operational facility, as more fully described in the Construction Documents. The City intends to award a contract to the Offeror whose proposal provides the best value to the City, as authorized by Chapter 2269 of the Texas Government Code and other applicable laws. In determining best value, the City will evaluate each proposal using the criteria and weighted values identified in this Request for Proposals, together with any other factors specifically authorized by law and identified herein. Job No. 220168-01 Construction of a new Public Works Complex including site work, utilities, civil improvements, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
