Establish a price for the purchase of Preventive Maintenance Services on a Two Hundred Twenty (220) ton York Centrifugal Chiller and on two (2) Three Hundred (300) ton York Centrifugal Chillers for the Ulster County Department of Public Works, Buildings and Grounds Division. The contractor shall provide regular preventative maintenance and repairs, including repairs necessitated by equipment failures, for the York chillers listed. The contractor shall be YORK certified. The equipment is located at the Ulster County Office Building, 244 Fair Street, Kingston, NY 12401 and at the Ulster County Law Enforcement Center at 380 Boulevard, Kingston, NY 12401.
