This scope outlines HVAC filter replacement, coil cleaning, and preventative maintenance including weekends and holidays, services for the Denver International Airport (DEN) including outlying airport buildings and other airport support buildings. The Contractor shall provide all certified and experienced labor, equipment, materials, tools, testing instruments, and expertise necessary to provide comprehensive HVAC air filtration replacement and disposal services, HVAC equipment coil cleaning, and routine mechanical preventative maintenance to ensure safe, reliable, and optimal operating condition of all DEN HVAC equipment. The Contractor shall perform all work in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) requirements, industry best practices, and all federal, state, and local codes and standards. The Contractor shall minimize downtime and maintain compliance with FAA and DEN operational requirements. The successful contractor must adhere strictly to standards set by ASHRAE, NAFA, NADCA, and ACCA. Where standards offer competing information, the ASHRAE standard shall be used. The Contractor will furnish all the technical, administrative, professional and consulting services and other labor; all supplies and materials, equipment, printing, vehicles, local travel, office space and facilities, testing and analyses, calculations, and any other facilities or resources required to perform and complete the work all in accordance with this scope of work, unless otherwise specified in this Contract as being the responsibility of DEN.
