Renovation of a municipal facility in Minnetonka, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Replace the existing cedar shake shingles with either a like in kind replacement or synthetic cedar shingle roofing. Work also includes either removal and reinstallation of existing gutters or installation of new gutters, along with other related work in conjunction with a roofing project. Pre-qualification: Required. No oral interpretations will be made to any bidder as to meaning of contract documents. Make written requests for interpretations to the Architect/Engineer. See also item above. Any inquiry received seven (7) or more calendar days (168 hours) prior to time of opening of bids will be considered.
