A licensed electrician is required to remove two conduit tripping hazards and reroute the supply power and control wires overhead to the mixing blender. The breaker panel for the 240-volt 3-phase supply power is located in the next room and new conduit must be run through a wall to the mixing blender. The control wire panel is located within 10 feet from the mixing blender. Preference is for rigid conduit to be used, and all connections must be sealed to prevent electrical arching. The kitchen environment contains fine dust particles from wheat and soy, which are highly flammable, though a dust collecting system is present.
