Site work and paving for a road / highway in St. Charles, Illinois. Completed plans call for paving for a road / highway; and for site work for a road / highway.
Grinding and asphalt patching work to City streets throughout the community. Questions due prior to 8:00am July 24 , 2026 Questions concerning this invitation shall be submitted via e- mail to Procurement@stcharlesil.gov All work performed for the City shall meet the highest industry standard. All patching work shall be comprehensive and uniform and match the existing grade. All patches shall be 2" Class D patches meeting the IDOT Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction adopted April 1, 2016. Prior to grinding the existing surface, the Contractor shall grind the surface at the perpendicular ends to allow for a 90- degree edge on all sides. Once new asphalt is laid, it shall be properly compacted and match the existing grade. The awarded contractor must supply flaggers and traffic control for both the grinding and paving crew. The awarded contractor shall use "No track Asphalt Tack" for the entirety of the project
