The Project is Federally Funded by Community Development Block Grant Funds. The Project Will Consist of Exterior Rehabilitation Items Such as Roof, Gutters, Siding, Windows, and Door Repair and Replacement, to Bring the Home Up to Ieda Iowa Minimum Housing Standards. Bidders Shall Begin the Work on Receipt of the Notice to Proceed and Shall Complete the Work Within the Contract Time. Work is Subject to Liquidated Damages.
