Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Columbia, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the construction of a 1,500-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

The City of Columbia is accepting sealed bids from interested parties for a 30x50x12 metal building with the following specifi cations: - 2 overhead doors with install kit 10x10 - 1 man door with lockset - All 6x6 post (treated) in concrete - Truss package - Post set at 8ft o.c. - Wall stringers- 2x6 @ 24" o.c. - Trusses @ 48" o.c. - Truss runners @ 20" o.c. - 29-gauge metal - Bubble wrap - Rat guard - Large outside corners - Ridge cap - Overhead door jamb - Rock allowance of one large load - Prep, pour, finish concrete with steel - Ground is to be leveled and compacted by others before work starts Any question can be directed to the City of Columbia at 270-384-2501.
