Tassell Park from Cascade Road to approximately 1,000 feet southwest of Cascade Road with concrete curb and gutter replacement, driveway replacement along the northwest side of Thornapple River Drive, construction of new asphalt parking along the southeast side of Thornapple River Drive, resurfacing existing parking, pavement marking , signage, demolition of existing buildings at 2894 Thornapple River Drive SE and 6915 Cascade Road SE, tree removal , site restoration, temporary traffic controls and related work. Question Deadline 08/05/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered
