Site work, paving and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.

The work of this Contract includes but is not necessarily limited to: Grading and drainage, concrete paving, wood fencing and brick columns, sprinkler irrigation, planting, grassing, and landscape maintenance as shown on drawings and specified herein. Contractor's Duties Except as specifically noted , provide and pay for: a. Labor, materials and equipment. b. Tools, construction equipment and machinery. C. Other facilities and services necessary for proper execution and completion of work. SWA Taxes, when required. Secure and pay for, as necessary for proper execution and completion of work, as applicable at time of receipt of bids, and/or execution of Contract. Permits Government fees Licenses Contractor shall locate irrigation lines, drainage or sewer lines, water, gas, and other utility and electrical service lines, piping and conduits in the work area. Contractor shall not disrupt any existing utility lines. Should any interfere with work notify Landscape Architect for disposition. Question Deadline 08/03/2026 Bidders desiring further information or further interpretation of any part of the Contract Documents are hereby obligated to submit a written request online to the for such information to Engineer not less than three (3) calendar days before the Bid opening. Scope of Work of the Contract Documents includes the following: concrete trail, site furnishings, sprinkler irrigation, grading, grassing, planting, and landscape maintenance. Construction of concrete trail, installation of site furnishings, sprinkler irrigation system, site grading, grassing, planting, and landscape maintenance. Bonds: 2% Bid Bond, Certified Check required.
