Real estate asset maintenance: Repairs — MCFB: IMM-26-002.1. TIMELINE: Contract for architectural services to complete design has been awarded following request for proposals (RFP) # SI-24-042. Reference # 20140651. Project is included in the city's capital plan for 2026-2030. Scope of work, budget, tender and construction schedules will be established at a later date. Further update in late 2026.
