Renovation of a municipal facility in Lincoln Park, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 4,000-square-foot municipal facility.
The City of Lincoln Park is soliciting bids for the roof replacement at its DPS building, located at 500 Southfield Road. Official bid documents must be obtained online. WORK SCOPE On Area A & B: Remove the existing membrane/built-up and ISO layers down to roof deck. Install two layers of 2.6" insulation with tapered crickets/saddles. Fully adhere new 60 mil Sure Seal EPDM. Install new commercial gutters and edge metal. The base bid is to include all costs associated with the roofing replacement. Provide and alternate for a 30-year warranty. o Remove existing metal; install 24-gauge prefinished galvanized steel edge details in a manufacturer standard color to be determined by Owner. o Provide contractors Two (2) Year Warranty as included in specification on all work performed under this contract.Provide a Manufacturer's Twenty (20) Year Full System Warranty on all work performed under this contract.
