Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Springdale, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
East Emma Avenue Streetscape Project construction will consist primarily of road improvements of E. Emma Ave. that includes curb and gutter; pavement mill and overlay; construction of underground drainage pipes and structures; low impact development boxes with plantings; sidewalks; permanent pavement markings in Springdale, AR. Bid security, as defined in the Instructions To Bidders, in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid amount must accompany the submitted bid. All bids must be in accordance with the Contract Documents prepared and issued by CEI Engineering Associates, Inc. Bids from bidders who obtained their documents from any other source will be rejected. Bidders are encouraged to notify CEI Engineering and Associates that they have downloaded the Bid Packet to ensure they are on the distribution list for Addenda and or Q&A. There may be a 24-48 hour delay from the date of publication for the documents to be available on Quest CDN. Pre-qualification: Required Question Deadline 08/07/2026 at 4:30 PM CT Questions must be submitted via written communication only to owner's representative at cechols@ceieng.com.
