Description

Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Fresno, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 377-square-foot clubhouse / community center.

The scope of work includes but is not limited to; Removal of the existing evaporative coolers for replacement with packaged HVAC units and new ducting. Project will require an electrical service upgrade, replacement of various existing electrical panels, relocation of site backup generator, exterior site work, HVAC controls, fire alarm integration and structural support modifications.
