Provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, and supervision necessary to perform repairs to Building 747 at Berry Field Air National Guard Base. Work includes two construction phases. Repair Auditorium, Building 747 (Project BKTZ242011) includes selective demolition, raised-floor concrete demolition, partition wall construction, installation of wall and floor finishes including paint and carpet tile, acoustic ceilings, approximately 147 new fixed seats, electrical power and lighting upgrades, HVAC modifications, audiovisual equipment and cabling, electronic security improvements, and minor fire protection modifications within an approximately 1,600-square-foot area. All work shall comply with applicable Department of Defense Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC). Repair 2nd Floor Restroom, Building 747 (Project BKTZ252001) includes demolition and disposal of existing restroom components, installation of new HVAC exhaust fans and ductwork, new plumbing fixtures including water closets, urinals, and lavatories, new LED lighting, new finishes including gypsum board, ceramic wall and floor tile, paint, and acoustic ceilings, as well as new restroom accessories and specialties such as partitions, mirrors, grab bars, and soap and paper dispensers. All work shall comply with applicable UFC requirements. The overall contract duration is 180 calendar days after notice to proceed, including inspections and punch list activities. The estimated construction magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Location: Berry Field Air National Guard Base, Building 747, Nashville, TN 37217, United States.
