The City of Dublin, Ohio will receive electronic bids from a licensed and qualified Contractor. The bid shall include all materials and labor necessary to construct Hyland Glen Park . The park consists of grading, storm water inlets and piping, asphalt shared use paths , unit paver plazas , electrical conduit, landscape improvements and stone wall construction as indicated in the ("Bid Documents").
