The work consists of furnishing all labor, supervision, equipment, and materials necessary to replace high-efficiency stainless steel condensing hot water boilers in Buildings 1, 2, 3, 4, 16, 25, 28, 201, and 202, including providing propane dual-fuel capable systems for Buildings 201 and 202. The project includes installation of all required ancillary equipment, removal and proper disposal or recycling of existing equipment, and management of all waste, spoils, and excess materials. Work must be performed in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, codes, VA policies, specifications, and drawings. The contractor shall ensure continuous operation of building heating systems, with no building's hot water heating loop out of service for more than four consecutive hours between September 1 and May 1. All associated incidental work necessary for a complete and functional system is included. The estimated range of construction is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. Location: Franklin R.
