Description

Renovation of a military facility in Jbphh, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

Remove two existing Air Handler Units (AHUs) and furnish/install two new AHUs serving Building 3417. The replacement units consist of one 43.75 nominal ton AHU (AHU2) and one 50 nominal ton AHU (AHU1). Work will be performed on the first floor within the existing mechanical rooms and includes proper connection of the new AHUs to the existing HVAC duct system, as well as communication and integration with the existing digital control system and associated components. Temporary cooling shall be provided for the affected portion of the building during each AHU replacement. The anticipated period of performance is 365 days to accommodate AHU procurement and lead times.
