Question Deadline 08/07/2026 at 5:00 PM MT Deadline to submit Questions Online. General Description of the Project Work is as follows: A. The Work consists of construction of an expansion of the Signal Hill Water Treatment Plant, including rerouted raw water pipe, pumped flash mix, installation of vertical flocculators, dry-pit submersible membrane feed pumps, replacement of membrane filtration skids, GAC building extension and additional GAC contactors, converting an existing basin into an equalization basin , new solids holding tank, replace belt filter press, new belt conveyor, and a new chemical building The Project includes the following Work: 1. Rerouted raw water pipe between Signal Hill raw water pond (onsite) and the treatment plant. 2. New pumped flash mix system. 3. Vertical flocculators in existing basins. 4. Dry-pit membrane feed pumps. 5. Removal of existing membrane filtration skids and installation of new skids. 6. New granular activated carbon (GAC) building extension and additional GAC contactors. 7. Solids improvements including conversion of an existing basin into an equalization basin, a new solids holding tank, a new belt filter press, and a new belt conveyor. 8. A new Chemical Building to house chemical storage and feed systems. 9. Temporary membrane filtration system, including temporary process piping, to maintain potable water production during construction.
