Site work and new construction of a medical facility in Fishersville, Virginia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 26,000-square-foot medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.

The Project consists of construction of a new commercial building that will have approximately 26,000 square feet of internal space. The new building will be constructed on an approximate 6.17-acre site near Fishersville that is identified on the Tax Maps of Augusta County, Virginia, as Tax Map Parcel No. 067N-(1)-4, being Lot 4 in Wilson Commerce Park Section 1. VCSB retained Worley Associates Architects, PLLC, an architectural firm located in Richmond, Virginia (the "Architect"), to provide design services for the building through all five phases of design and construction (schematic design phase, design development phase, construction documents phase, bidding and construction contract administration phase) for the Project. The Architect has plans, drawings, blue prints, specifications, criteria, and requirements (collectively "Plans and Specifications") for the construction work that is the subject of this ITB. Legal counsel for VCSB has prepared contractual terms and conditions applicable to this proposed procurement. The Scope of Work is generally included within the Plans and Specifications.
