Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Highfill, Arkansas. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; bridge / tunnel; and bridge / tunnel.
The City of Highfill is seeking letters of interest from qualified consulting firms for the design of a sidewalk and pedestrian bridge in the northwest portion of the city. This procurement process is based upon Title 23 Code of Federal Regulations Part 172 - Procurement, Management, and Administration of Engineering and Design Related Services. The work will generally consist of professional engineering services. This project includes federal-aid funds, and all work will be reviewed and approved by the Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT). All work and contract requirements shall conform to requirements of the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), ARDOT and the City. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
