They are in the process of evaluating the proposal and will bring their recommendation for the short list to receive the RFP at the August 26th Board of Supervisors meeting. The County Administrator will appoint an Evaluation Committee. The Committee will evaluate the Qualifications based on the criteria contained in this RFQ and develop a bidder's list. Once the list of bidders is developed, the County will issue the Design-Build RFP. The letter of submittal shall address the items included in the Purpose, Scope of Services, and the Evaluation Criteria. Responses should be as thorough and detailed as possible so that the County may properly evaluate capabilities to provide the required services. Applicants are required to submit the following items as a complete letter of submittal: Section 1: Applicants should provide a cover letter acknowledging that the Applicant has read and understands all contents of the RFQ and addenda and takes no exception to the materials provided. The cover letter should be signed by a person who has full authority to bind the Applicant to all terms and conditions of the response. Section 2: Company History: The applicant will briefly describe its company history and history of performing work as described herein. Give a brief overview of the approach and initial vision of the Project and diversity on the team. Section 3: Written Narrative: Each applicant must provide a written narrative that discusses their background and experience with constructing engineered septic systems.
